About Us

"Moroccan Land & Investments" (MLI) is a full-service property consultancy based in the UK and Morocco. We are involved in all aspects of the Moroccan property market including sourcing investment opportunities, property development and project management. Through our office in Marrakech, we are able to offer our services in other areas of Morocco and have past experience in Tangiers, Casablanca, Rabat and Agadir.

The directors of MLI have spent several years building a knowledge base in Morocco and fully understand the local procedures for property purchase, project management and obtaining planning permissions.

We have assembled an extensive network of local professionals including lawyers, architects and brokers to enable us to assist our clients with their property investment and development goals. We have also formed close relationships with planning officials and tourism development officers to ensure we are able to complete projects with the backing of local government.

MLI is comprised of 3 executive directors with a wealth of knowledge of the Moroccan property market:

Paul Branford

• Over 10 years experience in international property.
• Past experience as director of an overseas property brokerage, which sourced and sold property in the USA, the Caribbean and Spain.
• Previous to joining MLI, Paul was Development Director for major residential leisure development in Marrakech.
• Based permanently in Marrakech with a long list of local contacts.

Nikhil Kapur

• Founder of an overseas property consultancy based in London.
• Vast experience of international property transactions, including work in Thailand, India, Turkey and now Morocco.
• Past experience working in Mergers & Acquisitions for the Canadian investment bank, CIBC World Markets.
• The first point of contact for all UK clients.

Christian Suriano

• Founder of a Marrakech based company supplying eco-friendly building products.
• Several years experience as owner of an IT Consultancy, which implemented financial systems for multinational corporations.
• Speaks 5 languages including English, French, Dutch and Italian.
• Splits time between the UK, Belgium and Morocco.
